Council spends five years and £150m of your money on IT system still not ready

Blimey, it sounds like our council has been busy! It's been a five-year journey and a whopping £150 million spent on a new IT system for Birmingham, but it's still not quite up and running. Let's hope this upgrade makes a real difference for all of us.
