Council spends five years and £150m of your money on IT system still not ready

Blimey, it sounds like our local council has been wrestling with a new IT system for quite some time! Five years and a whopping £150 million later, and it's still not up and running – that's a lot of our hard-earned cash! We'll be keeping a close eye on this to see when it's finally ready to serve us here in Birmingham.
