Former Solihull Council worker Richard Clay, 41, was caught after his wife found an SD card containing upskirting videos. He admitted 15 upskirting charges, nine voyeurism offences and possessing four category C indecent images of children. Birmingham Crown Court handed him a 12-month prison sentence suspended for two years.
